"Caution to Shoppers"
Caution to shoppers! I ordered a wig and got my package, but I’m really not satisfied with the quality, design, and shade of the wig, so I want to send it back. I reached out to WigTypes, and they replied: ********If you wish to return an item, please check our return policy outlined below. RETURN POLICY: We do not do exchanges. You can return items within 10 days of delivery. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO ISSUE A REFUND (Unworn, intact, not damaged, not tried on, and tags still attached). Please include the packing list with your order # for the return, or if you don’t have it, just write your name and order # on a piece of paper. The customer has to cover the shipping costs to send the item back. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from returned items, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to 8 business days after we get your return for the credit to show up on your account.******** WigTypes' policy seems unfair, and I’ll be reporting this 20% restocking fee along with the shipping and return charges as extortion. As a first-time buyer, I regret this purchase; it was a huge mistake, and I should’ve checked the customer reviews beforehand. So, heed my warning, folks!!!!!

I've been shopping here since 2018 and I’m always satisfied. My packages arrive promptly and are just right. I've never had a negative experience. I made a purchase on Monday, and it showed up today. This is the only online hair store I’ll stick with.

"Look Elsewhere If You Care About Quality"
I bought a wig from this brand, even though I've been a customer for years. When it arrived, it was clearly used. Just 10 minutes after getting it, I started reaching out to them. They tried to blame UPS, but the box was open with hair sticking out. It looked like the wig had been worn or displayed on a mannequin before being shoved back in the box and sent to me. After sending them three emails, they finally replied, saying I could return the wig at my own cost and pay a restocking fee. I’m done with them for good. I was actually thinking about ordering six more if this one had been fine. I've been an influencer with Influenster for over 15 years, and I plan to share my experience on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. With a total of 8,926 followers, mostly women, I want to help others avoid this hassle. This all went down on February 7, 2023.

"Been a customer for over 6 years..."
I've been placing orders for more than 6 years, and throughout that time, this company has sent me a bunch of faulty and low-quality wigs/extensions. Recently, they shipped out a subpar item not once, but twice. I had to file a complaint this time around. WigTypes asked me to return the item at my own cost and mentioned a stocking fee, which felt like they were dodging responsibility. After a bit of back and forth, they finally agreed to send a returns label. To top it off, they didn’t refund the right amount at first, so I had to ask for the full correct fees. They weren’t too happy about that and started refusing my orders. Honestly, Wigtypes.com really needs to step up its customer service or just rethink its business model! It seems like they’re struggling if they treat customers like this. WigTypes ought to do better quality checks on their products and stop turning away orders; that’s not the way to go.

"My strange encounter with wigtypes.com"
I made a purchase and got a confirmation, but then I got a message saying the money was refunded. Now, I can't really follow up on it, but I guess I'm fortunate they didn't take my cash. I'm thinking of trying a different website for my next order.

"Avoid this shop"
This store is dishonest, and they provide phony paperwork for returns. I ordered four wigs but received just three. They didn’t give me my cash back for the missing wig, nor did I get a substitute. This wig shop ought to be closed for good. It's packed with scammers!

I asked for a refund from wigtypes.com, and not only did they overlook my request, but they also BLOCK any orders I try to place. Folks, including reviewers on YouTube, have been made aware of their POOR business practices. Steer clear of this Chinese-owned dictator operation and spend your money with RELIABLE businesses that treat customers fairly.

"Pricing and Support Experience"
I'm really into the prices at wigtype. I’d recommend picking a product from Wigtypes that you already know. If you’re not, well, good luck getting that item back. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. You can't reach anyone by phone. They don’t respond to emails. The live chat feature is a bust. There’s zero guidance on returning items. My suggestion? Spend a bit more with another company that actually cares about customer support.

"Terrible Customer Support"
If I could give them no stars, I totally would. Their support is awful; they just send automated replies to your emails, promising someone will reach out within a day. But then, crickets. All I wanted was to return an item. I've shopped here a few times before, but now they're definitely on my $#*! list. I'm spreading the word to my whole family to steer clear of this place. Even my hair stylist buddies are getting the heads up. Companies shouldn't be allowed to treat customers like this. I had to file a complaint with the BBB just to get a real reply, and they had the audacity to claim they reached out to me several times, even after I shared screenshots of their automated messages and my attempts to contact them on social media. Seriously, don't waste your money here!

"Negative Reviews Disappear"
I’ve posted some negative feedback about awful wigs, and when I checked back a few months later, those reviews were gone. Meanwhile, positive reviews that were written before and after mine are still up. This makes me think the reviews on this site aren’t reliable since they seem to get rid of honest negative ones. A lot of women see the videos and pictures, but when they actually receive the wig, it’s nothing like what was advertised. And good luck trying to get a refund! It looks like they offload a bunch of wigs at a discount because they didn’t pass quality checks to be sold at higher prices.

"They're alright, but there's one issue..."
They're alright, but the only problem I have is that their shipping costs a whopping $11. Other places charge less than $10 for shipping. I only shop here if the other sites don’t have the wig I’m looking for.

I received the incorrect item and they wouldn't take it back, even though it was their mistake. They don't stick to their own policies, and when I mentioned leaving a negative review, they just deleted my order from my account.

"A COMPANY THAT JUST WANTS YOUR CASH WITHOUT EARNING IT!"
Today, I tried to place an order exceeding $100, but their glitchy site wouldn’t let me complete it after four attempts! I even called my bank and found out there was no issue on their side! So, I’m really put off by all this hassle and dealing with a business that’s just reaching for my money. I’ve made up my mind to never order from them again! Plus, it seems like all the popular wig sites out there are facing similar problems, which means I might just have to rock my own long, thick hair and call it a day! If I ever decide to buy wigs again, it’ll be from one of the many local wig shops! Attention shoppers: don’t let this company (or other wig sites) use COVID-19 as an excuse for being a poorly run organization. I’ve had the same issues with this site long before the pandemic! Overall, instead of hiding behind a deadly virus to maintain their lackluster service, WIGTYPES.COM should really consider bowing out of the industry altogether!

"Hair Product Order Gone Wrong - Nearly $700"
I placed an order for nearly $700 worth of hair from wigtypes.com during Black Friday, but they never let me know why they couldn't fulfill my order. I just found out today, December 1st, 20, that PayPal issued me two separate refunds from this company into my bank account.

My wife was counting on this hair for her job. They didn’t think it was important to reach out to me quickly so I could find another option. I missed out on the Black Friday deals because of their poor communication—super frustrating!!!

Now my wife is left without hair for work and is at a loss for what to do.

Why is shipping so expensive? was going to order amounting to $30, but i'm in canada, my shipping is $75 and no other options offered. what a pity.

Hello , i ordered a straight synthetic swiss wig called "risa" on the 1st of april. my account shows that the charge has been made but i never got any email confirmation or tracking number from wigtypes.com. can you please fix this problem. thank you
